I’ve created this video because you are probably suspecting, as I did many years ago, that something is missing in your relaxation and stress reduction mindset. This topic is very personal to me as it took me many years to figure out that there were two subtle decisions that I kept me on the carousel of reaching Relaxation then still being triggered; both emotionally and physically.
The first inner decision is that “this is normal.” Everyone seems to be in the same boat so it “must Be Normal.”
The second unconscious decision is that the trigger, (whether it be someone or some event) is the problem that I am a “victim” of circumstances.
While we all have our ways of relaxing and finding one peace in that moment isn’t it interesting that it doesn’t last. Perhaps someone or something pops into our consciousness and we get triggered as we always do. In this video I am going to explain why that happens and explain how you can change that so that your tolerance to be triggered, either physically or emotionally, can grow and eventually be free of it.
