Looking back over the years, I am so grateful to all my teachers for first, putting up with my stupidity and stubbornness when it came to my unwillingness to change my choices and the beliefs that supported them. I was stuck like a deer in the headlights when it came to trusting in any sort of divine or natural plan that I was included in and covered; that I didn’t have to earn my enlightenment – that it was my birthright and an eventuality.
In the beginning years of my journey, it wasn’t apparent to me that I had jumped into a process, much like walking into a whirlwind of change without a clue as to what I was doing or what was the bedrock of thinking that would support my experiences – good or bad. Without a minimal amount of understanding, my mind strayed. I floundered for many years, as I needed to, and eventually found home.
The video in this post speaks to one pillar of this foundation that can be so helpful in those times when we venture into parts unknown and would welcome a helping hand.
I hope you enjoy it.
Blessings,
edo
