Becoming Empowered – Program
This coaching program first and foremost creates a safe environment for you to discover how you can overcome your anxiety while also training you to be more powerful over the stressful events in your life. Working with me you will learn the three pillars of the Becoming Empowered program.
PILLAR 1: Learning deep relaxation techniques which will immediately give you a some relief from the stresses and tensions in your life.
PILLAR 2: Heal your past beliefs and traumas that hold you back from a life of happiness, fulfillment, and security. Experience a freedom from the weight that has been on your shoulders for so long.
PILLAR 3: Discover how to balance your emotions when your life morphs into high levels of stress. Reduce your anxiety and reveal your best self, as you extend your peace into the dynamic activity of your world.

Giving the Body Deep Rest
Allowing the body to rest and heal is the foundational piece for the Becoming Empowered Program. Not only does it give you immediate relief from the stresses of the day but it sets the foundation for the following two pillars. When the body and mind is rested it can more clearly adopt a new point of view about the beliefs from the past giving you a greater ability to balance your unsettled and anxious emotions.
Reinterpreting Memories & Beliefs
In this pillar you will go on a journey of self discovery where you will explore when and how you created the beliefs and values that you hold today. In this segment of the program you will connect with a deep sense of yourself and realize which of the beliefs serve you and which do not. Re-interpreting those that don’t support your happiness is the key to evaporating the triggers in your life that create chaos and confusion; letting in the natural peace and happiness that is residing within you.


Balancing The Emotions
In this pillar you will not only learn how a stressed mind and body contributes to a stressed emotional state but you will learn techniques that utilize the mind and body to relax, release, and balance your emotions so that you remain in control throughout your day and accomplish your work, contribute to your relationships, and have energy left over for the ones that you love.
The Power of 3X
The secret to the Becoming Empowered Program is that it focuses in an integral way on all three areas where your stress resides; the body, the mind, and the emotions. If you just address one or two of these areas, the remains of your stress will re-ignite all three. This is why it is so hard to completely let go of our emotional triggers and stresses.
